Field Ministry Enhancement Team
In New York State each Field Minister has been assign a team of
People to assist the Associate Executive Field Minister in each area.
The Field Minister assigns a person to a task helping a Church in
writing.
They write a report to the Field Minister in order to keep the Field
Minister fully informed about the needs of the Churches.
The staff leader to the Field Ministry Enhancement Team is Jane
Lang. Jane’s assistant, Susan Schilling-Crutchley, is in the
office Monday through Friday taking care of the day to day
operations. She can be reached at abcnyseast@yahoo.com.
Susan, a former teacher of Elementary Education and German, left public
education to pursue work in ministry. With a master’s degree from Yale
University in Educational Ministry and a Certificate of Religious
Studies from Berkley Divinity School at Yale, Susan has served as a
Youth Director and Director of Faith-based Afterschool, Enrichment
Programs for which she wrote the program guidelines and
curriculum. She too has written a publishable work entitled
Creative Dramatics, a Handbook for Educators.
Grace Fellowship, located in Latham, New York is Susan’s home
church. There, she is active in missions and is part of the
mission prayer team. She has spent time in Managua, Nicaragua as
part of a mission team, building a church, and also teaching the gospel
to young children.
In addition to her mission work, Susan has lived and studied in
Cologne, Germany. She loves to travel especially to Europe
and cruise the Caribbean. She currently resides in Clifton Park with
her husband, daughter and six year old English bulldog.
Jane is assisted by a Field Ministry Enhancement Team that consists

George Stefani: is a member of the Clifton Park Center
Baptist Church and lives in Clifton Park. He has held a
number of
offices in local Churches and brings skills in business to the
team. George is presently working on a master of Divinity degree
online.

Marie Schilling: is a member of the Clifton Park
Center
Baptist Church. She
brings to the teams the gifts from her years as an educator and school
administrator.
She is a certified lay minister and has a keen interest in
American Baptist Women's Ministries and Bible Study.marie was
recently ordained by the Clifton Park Center Baptist Church
and is serving as the interim Pastor of the Latham Community Baptist
Church. Her insights help
keep us
connected to the needs of many constituencies in our churches. |

Judith Lister is a pastors wife with many years of
experience in Churches in Pennsylvania, Michigan and New York.
She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Ballston Spa where her
husband was pastor prior to his death. Judy has had an interest
in the Adirondacks maintaining a home there for many years. Her
residence is in Saratoga Springs,
